One of the essential functions of coaches and team managers is to manage team communications with players and their families.  If you are a coach or team manager, SportsEngine has created a Team Management Guide for Coaches and Team Managers to help you use our website and mobile app to efficiently and effectively communicate and manage your teams.

We are looking for quality Parent Team Managers to serve as a liaison between the KMLFC Board and the coaches, players and parents for their respective team, to ensure seamless communication on team and individual player matters. 

Expectations of Team Manager:

•  Assist the Board in coordinating team activities such as uniform fittings, team pictures, etc.  
•  Assist the Board in soliciting parent volunteers for various activities, including but not limited to, tournament roles and fund raising activities. 
• Provide other assistance to the team’s head coach for off-field activities and team-specific communication. 
• Comply with the Zero Tolerance Policy Against Abuse, contained within the Club ByLaws.
